To maintain the highest level of service and ensure the structural integrity of our handcrafted items, we currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
Special Note on P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
Due to the physical dimensions and often oversized nature of our Woven Laundry Baskets and Vases, as well as carrier limitations for high-volume artisanal goods, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We kindly ask that you provide a physical residential or commercial street address at checkout to ensure a successful and secure delivery.

A successful delivery starts with an accurate address. Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. Earthly Baskets cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
While we provide all necessary documentation for your claim, we are not liable for packages once they are officially marked as delivered by the carrier.
